Non-verbal messages during speeches

I am constantly trying to maintain a relaxed, confident and open posture while delivering a speech. After a few gestures, I find my arms are bent and my hands are in front of my chest!

The gestures that follow, after assuming this position, will be smaller and have less impact. I would appreciate my evaluator mentioning the number of times I assume this position during a presentation

.

Here are a few other non-verbal messages that can dilute my spoken message.

The most relaxed, confident and open posture is to let my arms hang naturally at my side after each gesture. If my body were the speaking area, my gestures can now use the full stage.
